The Good: Maybe we're not as cynical as we thought we were. We can tear up at the sight of the perfect landing of the Atlantis at Cape Kennedy.
The Bad: Three seals who are having to defend themselves in Courts Martial to clear their names after being accused by a terrorist of giving him a fat lip.
The Ugly: The First Lady schlepping off an airplane in shorts, sneakers and a big shirt flapping in the breeze. What ever happened to a little dignity?
Is it too much effort to just try to do things right the first time rather than having to correct what are termed "mistakes?" How many mistakes equal a gaff? How many gaffs equal an intentional, almost treasonous activity?
We really have to figure out some way to get the average voter to take things just a little more seriously. Right?
